- Looking for a cut throat Sales Development Representative who can start work and deliver from day one

- Ability to sell technology services – Application development, support & maintenance services
- Ability to sell software products, including SaaS products & platforms
- Ability to resell enterprise software, and partner products in the technology space
- Ability to sell consulting and other professional services
- Capability to develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential customers, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing presentations
- Versatility in handling the different industry domains, and pitching the sale of products and services to potential customers in each of the domain
- Attention to detailing, and hands-on with CRM application
- Willingness to contribute to the growth of the company, with clarity of thought and maintaining the communication channel up & straight always
- Develop strong pipeline of leads using various methods of business development
- Update CRM on daily basis with accurate and timely information to manage opportunities, record account activity and track results
- Understand and qualify customer requirements and respond with appropriate solutions
- Expert in engaging top level customers for consultative sales across all channels
- Ensure rigorous follow-up on leads and prospects.
- Handle qualification calls for new marketing qualified leads – Identify if the prospect’s BANT (Budget, Authority, Need, & Timing) are in line with our expectations
- Nurture all the marketing qualified leads in the pipeline with high-quality follow-ups
- Handle product demos for sales-qualified leads
- Prepare & send Proposals, Quotes, Processing and Payment Follow-ups with a sense of care and appropriate urgency
- Produce regular reports, analysis & forecast for Senior Management on current market/product development and trend including customer reactions
- Actively collaborate with marketing, engineering and other departments
- Participate in a working environment that supports team-based selling and involves professionalism, respect, and open communication
Requirements :
- 1-3 years of technology & software sales experience; proven experience in achieving and exceeding quotas
- Any Graduate / MBA /B.Tech /B.E + MBA(Preferably)
- Experience with B2B Sales, Direct Sales, Cold Calls, Lead Generation would be added advantage
- Experience in handling the clients from the US, Canada, the UK, Europe & GCC countries
- Technical competence including advanced proficiency in a CRM software, collaboration tools like Google Workspace, etc
- Strong proficiency in English language, and the ability to engage and handle clients from varied geographies
- Stellar relationship skills required to create, maintain and enhance bonding with customers and colleagues.
- Positive energy, ability to work in a team environment, and very much goal oriented
- Strong negotiation and upsell / cross sell skils
- Flexible, open to change & , and able to manage multiple tasks in defined time frames
- Strong skills on market research and penetration while adjusting the strategy and direction as needed
